Return Policy

RETURNS
All returns should be sent to our mailing address. All purchases are refundable with a 25% restocking fee when returned within 30 days of shipping date. No refunds are available after 30 days. We cannot provide refunds on fabrics that have been cut, altered or tailored in any way. No refunds on knit backed or paper backed fabric.

Please e-mail custserv@jrbsilks.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• Please enclose a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization Number (RAN) with the fabric
• Shipping charges are not refunded. We will refund the amount charged to the debit or credit card account that was used to place the order
• Please include phone number on the invoice where we may reach you if we have any questions
